Apartments and High-Rises

Our equipment is primarily truck-mounted, which means the machine stays in the vehicle and we run hoses from the cleaning vehicle to your carpet to be cleaned. We carry about 300 feet of hose on our truck and that is enough to handle most jobs. As long as we can park near your unit and run our hose without crossing streets, apartments are no problem. We will need to set up the hoses similar to what you see in the picture above. Also, we do carry on-board water in our cleaning trucks so we do not need to hook up to a water supply.

If it is a 4th floor or above, let us know ahead of time. It can get dangerous to have the hoses going too high up, as there’s always a risk of them falling down.

If the unit is inaccessible to our vehicle, we can use a low-moisture method, but only if the area to be cleaned has no pet or odor issues. Tile cleaning and upholstery cleaning can only be performed with our truck-mounted equipment.

Lastly, keep in mind our trucks can not fit in most garages or parking garages. The cleaning trucks are 9.5 feet tall, 22 feet long and weigh about 10,000 lbs. Please let us know ahead of time if you think accessibility could be a problem.
